Landed at Narita from Texas and enjoyed a clean, cozy Standard Room with a lovely view. The indoor pool and spa services offered a relaxing escape after a long flight. The only hiccup was a fridge that didn’t quite chill, but the staff were super helpful in resolving it. 😊

The hotel is conveniently located for quick airport access and offers a great shuttle service. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room felt outdated, and there were some cleanliness issues that need attention. I really enjoyed walking to Katori Shrine, which was only about 1.5 km away, and the free shuttle to the airport was super convenient, making it easy for me to catch my early flight without any hassle. plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, contributing to a great experience! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, though the refrigerator in my room was not cold enough for my needs, but the staff did help cool my ice bricks when I brought it up.
